I'm Michael Khuri, and I am working toward becoming an AI & Autonomous Systems Engineer while pursuing my M.S. in Artificial Intelligence at San José State University starting Spring 2026.
I enjoy building things that help computers understand the world, especially using computer vision and machine learning. I like working on real-time systems where AI, simulation, and software come together.
I have a strong foundation in Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, and SQL. I’ve created full SaaS applications, built VR projects in Unity, and developed early autonomous driving vision features using OpenCV. I also enjoy working with tools like Next.js, TailwindCSS, Flask, and PostgreSQL.
I’m always learning new technologies and working on projects that help shape the future of cars, robotics, and AI.

Developed an AI-powered chatbot website in 24 hours at a CSUF hackathon that helps college students discover their class schedules and club events using JavaScript, OpenAI API, and Next.js.
MyClubBoard
Developed a website for students to manage or join clubs and organizations easily at the university using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Prisma, MongoDB, and Next.js.
SiblingAI
Designed a website that utilized the JS similarity API to recognize similar phrases with 60% accuracy, where users can have conversations with an AI chatbot using JavaScript, CSS, and Next.js.
Detection
Developed a virtual reality game in Unity using C# with a team of five. An immersive virtual reality first-person shooter where you need to scan your environment.
Project Green Tusk
Developed a website using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and SQL for user login and registration during a CSUF hackathon. The site, built in under 24 hours, allows users to study environmental lessons and donate to charities of their choice through sidebar ads.
Pirate Ship Game
Developed a JavaScript game on Code Studio where the player controls the wings using arrow keys on the keyboard.
The Block Jumper
Developed a mobile game using the Unity game engine and C# with a team of five. The game features a slime that jumps to achieve the highest possible score.
Recipe Application
Developed a recipe application in Python using TheMealDB website's database for recipe information.
Table Tennis Game
Developed a JavaScript game on Code Studio where two players can play using the same keyboard with arrow keys and WASD controls.
